The Contact Form below is built-in to the FitPro theme, you do not need any third party Plug-ins to make it work. As soon as you install the theme, your contact Page is ready to go!
Simply create a new Page using the ‘Contact Form’ template. The available Page templates can be found in the ‘Template’ drop down box, located inside the ‘Page Attributes’ section.
